WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your nintendosale.store account password, please click on the Forgot Password link during the sign-in process. You will be instructed to reset your password via an email sent to the email address registered on your account, or by answering one or more security questions. If you choose to submit your email address, we will send you an email containing a link to our site which you can follow to create a new password.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your credit-card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located will your order be accepted and the items shipped. At this point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. If any of the items you have ordered are unavailable from our warehouse, we will try our best to locate them from our nintendosale stores. If this is not possible you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock pieces and your payment for the items will not be processed.

AN ITEM I LOVE IS OUT OF STOCK. WILL IT EVER COME BACK?

Although we try our best to keep our most popular items in stock and bring them back when we sell out, it isn't always possible. You can help to ensure that the machine you love comes back in stock by filling out the waiting list form for the sold-out item that you want.

Unfortunately, we cannot give a timeline for when an item is being restocked. However, we bring in new pieces every day, so be sure to check back frequently. You can also sign up for our newsletter to be informed about incoming arrivals and restocks.
